By accessing or using Lumina Acquire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You agree to use Lumina Acquire only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unsolicited communications or engage in deceptive practices.

Lumina Acquire engages leads and generates content based on the guidelines you configure. You are responsible for the accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and compliance of the approved information you provide.

The AI is designed to stay within your approved parameters and to escalate questions it is not cleared to handle. You are responsible for reviewing escalations and acting on them where appropriate.

Lumina Acquire is a software platform and does not provide medical or clinical advice. It does not replace the judgment of licensed practitioners, and you remain responsible for all clinical decisions and communications with your patients.

Subscription fees and billing terms for your plan are described separately at signup or in your order confirmation. Fees are generally billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change our fees upon reasonable notice. Any change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after notice is provided.

You may stop using Lumina Acquire at any time. You may cancel your account by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or where we believe it is necessary to protect the platform or other users.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
